The Role

At Lejit, we need a Sr. Technical Project / Product Manager to turn unclear ideas into specifications a fast team can ship.

What You Will Do

  • Write clear specifications and PRDs: problem, user story, acceptance criteria a test can verify, and explicit non-goals.
  • Reduce scope without reducing value, and sequence work for 5–10 engineers across parallel workstreams.
  • Talk to users every week (lawyers, in-house teams and clients) and update the roadmap with evidence.
  • Own AI trade-offs with numbers (latency, cost and quality) and discuss architecture directly with the senior engineers.
  • Keep delivery visible with a lightweight process, clear owners and dates.

What We Need

  • 5+ years as a PM or TPM on a technical product.
  • End-to-end AI feature delivery.
  • API-level specs.
  • A lightweight, execution-focused process style.
