The Role

At Lejit, we need a Sr. Design Engineer who works as both designer and engineer, prototyping in code and shipping interfaces that lawyers and clients trust.

What You Will Do

• Design and build interfaces end to end with React, Tailwind, Framer Motion, Radix primitives and strong accessibility.
• Prototype quickly in code, not only Figma, and use AI tools to shorten the loop.
• Design for dense legal work: document viewers, redline and diff views, matter timelines, review queues and client portals.
• Own motion, micro-interactions and finish: spring physics, sequencing and reduced-motion fallbacks.
• Shape product direction with the founders and build the design-system primitives the rest of the team uses, carrying the Lejit brand through the product.

What We Need

• A portfolio of shipped work.
• Strong front-end, CSS and animation skills.
• Awareness of rendering performance.
• Fluency in Figma.
