The Role

At Lejit, we need a Legal Associate to deliver client legal work with AI doing the heavy lifting and a lawyer making sure it is right.

What You Will Do

Deliver same-day legal work for businesses: contract drafting and review, notices, agreements and legal research, using Lejit's AI tools.
Review and correct AI output, and flag errors, gaps and hallucinated citations before work reaches a client.
Work with the product and engineering teams to turn legal workflows, checklists, templates and clause libraries into product features.
Build test cases and gold-standard answers that measure how accurate the AI is.
Stay current on law and regulation and keep Lejit's knowledge up to date.

What We Need

LL.B. (3- or 5-year) with 1–4 years of experience at a law firm or in-house.
Strong legal research and drafting, with close attention to detail.
Working knowledge of contract law and commercial practice.
Comfort working with AI tools and curiosity about how they fail.
